Woman Falsely Accused of Shoplifting, Tased at Jacksonville Publix
According to the above video from First Coast News, a black woman falsely accused by of shoplifting by a manager of a Publix Store at 103rd Street Jacksonville, FL was tased by a police in the parking lot in front of children.
Followup report indicates police officer had 25 complaints against him. This looks like a case of the police officer using a taser to punish the woman for not following his commands. She clearly posed no threat.
