Fort Lupton, CO police released a SHOCKING video showing officers placing a woman under arrest inside a patrol car parked on top of train tracks which was then hit by a train while they run away. This one should be called “Police Cowardice & Disregard for Human Life Exposed“.
OPINION: The woman who was hit by the train should SUE the Fort Lupton, CO police for everything they’ve got. This is the epitome of Reckless, Irresponsible Conduct and Disregard for Human Life. What that woman endured was a NIGHTMARE. Her physical and mental injuries may cause her to suffer the rest of her life.
This is an excellent example of why qualified immunity should be abolished and police should PERSONALLY be held responsible for their actions.
