Lawyer: Teen went into cardiac arrest after police used Taser
The lawyer for the family of Bryce Masters said Tuesday that the teen went into “full cardiac arrest” after Independence police used a Taser on him during a traffic stop.Masters, 17, was stopped at about 3 p.m. Sunday near East Southside Boulevard and Main Street.
